Further to the previous communications regarding the Pub, the owner has now given notice of the 6-week moratorium period commencing Wednesday 17^th December 2025.

Reminder to all: the period of 6 weeks is for the community to formally express an interest to purchase pub. That would then trigger the second moratorium period to allow a further 4.5 months for the community purchase to complete.

Therefore, the clock is ticking as of the 17^th December, otherwise the current owner of the pub will be able to complete a sale for an offer that has been made by a third party.
